The challenge

What had to change.

Global companies struggled to evaluate distributed talent credibly — CVs and portfolio links couldn't prove real-world engineering capability, so hiring cycles stretched for months. Elite engineers across the continent lacked visibility into global opportunities, and cross-border payroll and compliance friction discouraged companies from hiring where the talent actually was. The platform needed to make skill verifiable, matching intelligent, and cross-border employment operationally effortless.
