The challenge

What had to change.

Legacy payment stacks forced every product team through months of integration work, with brittle batch settlement systems that broke under peak load and offered no real-time visibility. Compliance requirements varied across each operating market, and bolting them on per-product multiplied cost and risk while slowing every launch. The client needed a single embedded infrastructure layer that any product could build on — fast, observable, and regulator-ready from day one.
