What we check, and how.

ID check
The member uploads a passport, national ID or driving licence and consents to the check. HustleIN staff review it by hand, and the document is archived 30 days after the decision.

Qualifications
Each one is listed with its title, issuer and year, backed by the certificate or licence itself. Staff check the two match before it shows on a profile.
- 03
References
A past client, manager or colleague answers through a one-time link, and staff verify the answers. The member never sees what their referee wrote.

Track record
Jobs completed, on-time delivery, hours, paid invoices and client ratings are worked out from HustleIN's own records of the work, not typed in by the member, so they can't be inflated.
